All prices listed are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive to maintain accurate pricing, errors may occur, and in such cases, we reserve the right to correct any pricing discrepancies. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees, unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for any typographical errors or omissions.

Minimum Order Requirements

• Minimum Hat Order: 10 pieces
• Minimum Apparel Order: 12 pieces
  Some decoration methods or product types may have higher minimums depending on the item and imprint method.
  
  

Embroidery & Stitch Count

• Embroidery Pricing for 7k stitches or less.
• Most logos are 7K or less
• Add $1.50 for every additional 1K stitches
  
  

Artwork Requirements & Vector Files

• Vector logo required for DTF & Leatherette Patches
• If you do not have a vector file, we can assist with converting your logo:
• Orders 20 and under: Additional $20 to vector/digitize your logo
• Orders 21 and over: We provide vector/digitize of 1 logo
  Additional logos or complex artwork may require extra fees, which will be quoted in advance.
  
  

PVC Patch Pricing & Setup

• PVC Patch pricing based on 2”to 3” patch size
• Other patch sizes available and will be quoted based on specific request
• PVC mold set up fee $30
  
  

Screen Printing Terms

• Screen printing pricing is driven primarily by the number of colors in the logo or design.
• Add 1 color for a white underbase of ink on dark garments (this counts as an additional color in the print).
• Screen printing is typically best for:
  Large runs of 100+ items
  and Mid-sized, one-color orders.
• Screen printing is charged per side (front, back, sleeve, etc.); logo size does not affect pricing as much as the number of colors used.
  
  

DTF (Direct to Film) Printing Terms

• DTF printing includes a white base, allowing it to be used on garments of any color.
• Ideal for:
  Short runs
  Medium-sized orders
  Multi-colored graphics
  Shirt-by-shirt customization (names, numbers, or unique designs)
• With DTF, the number of colors does not affect the price; instead, logo/print size is the main driver of cost.
• DTF stands for Direct to Film and is a heat transfer decal process.
• DTF is considered superior to DTG (Direct to Garment) for many applications due to its versatility and durability across different fabrics and colors.

• Custom sizing and print dimensions are available on request.
• Any special size requests may affect pricing and will be confirmed at the time of quoting.
